Doesnt work

I purchased the bundle package to track my exercise (steps) and heart rate in the iPhone health app. It apparently does neither. The developer says its because of a change in the Fitbit , fine then say that it no longer syncs heart rate and exercise.
Id really like my $6.99 back, how do I get a refund?
