App keeps crashing

After using the app for a while, app crashes. Practically unusable.

Bogus as$ app

Cant give it zero doesnt work yet I set it up waste of money

misleading

after downloding and pating to sync my health data to the fitbit app, i read the support pages to figure out why my total steps were not syncing. turns out, your syncd steps only appear in activities and are NOT added in to your total steps.

Doesnt work

I tried but none of my info with sync

Doesnt do what it says

DO NOT GET THIS APP IF YOU EXPECT IT TO PULL STEPS DIRECTLY FROM APPLE HEALTH! The title of the application is very misleading and does nothing that the Fitbit app doesnt do already. You cannot select Apple health as a source, instead it pulls the steps from a single location, i.e. The phone, OR Apple Watch. Not the combined steps of both the phone and the watch, which is what is expected when it says HEALTH TO FITBIT. App deleted and refund demanded.

Useless, Waste of money!

Does absolutely nothing but rip you off. Do not waste your money on this app. The negative reviews are not exaggerating.

Horrible app

It does NOT sync you steps into Fitbit like it claims. Complete waste of money. Wife has Fitbit, I have an Apple Watch so I wanted to import my Apple Watch steps into Fitbit to compare and it wont even do that! DONT WASTE YOUR TOME OR MONEY!

App doesnt automatically sync as promised

There is a work around to the 7 day step thing but it is worthless if this app doesnt auto sync.

Does not work

Will not transfer Apple Watch steps to friends section of Fitbit app.

Does NOT sync steps!!!

I got this for one reason only: to sync my STEPS from the Apple Health app to the FitBit app. Sadly, it doesnt work that way. Your "step activity" is counted and translated as "activity" in FitBit, but your step count in FitBit is unchanged. The app builder blames it on FitBit, but I blame it on false advertising--dont claim your product does something it does not. From Sync Solvers site: "Fitbit recently changed the Fitbit app (around Dec. 1, 2015) to exclude steps recorded as activities from the 7-day total. Your steps will still show up under the activities list but no longer in the totals. We realize this limits the usefulness of Sync Solver, but it is entirely out of our control and we are asking Fitbit to reverse this decision. This decision is actually just the latest example of Fitbit removing functionality from the API." That date of Dec 2015 is a load of crap--Ive had this app since Oct 2015 and its never synced steps.

Helped my conversion from Fitbit to Apple Watch

I downloaded this so that I could sync my Apple Watch steps to Fitbit and compete with family and friends that use Fitbit. It was working well for a long while but recently Fitbit turned off the ability to participate in the contest. Until this is back I am not sure this app is with it.

Water Log

Keeps my Pryme Vessyl data synced back to Fitbit.

Doesnt sync steps at all

I guess I should have trusted the previous reviews. I got this app because Im on Apple Watch and my friend is on Fitbit. All that is sent from Health to Fitbit is activity, NOT steps. So its pretty useless. Im really disappointed in the app description; I felt like what it said was that it syncs steps but doesnt work with Fitbit challenges. Maybe I misread it. Anyway, I hate to leave a bad rating, but I really feel like this app does t do what it says it does at all.

Dont buy this

This app doesnt work. It doesnt do what it says it will. All of my metrics for screwed up. My Fitbit says one thing, the sync says another and my health app says something else entirely. I want my money back.

Frustrated

Customer support was responsive but dismal. I was told to ask for a refund from Apple. Disappointing...

Wont sync steps

I should have read the reviews before buying. I forget to put my Fitbit back on after showering sometimes so I wanted to capture the steps my Health app is tracking those days instead. It says it will override your Fitbit data with the iPhone Health data, but it wont sync my steps. :(

Working well

Finally have an app that allows me to sync my Apple Watch to my Fitbit account!

Misleading

FitBit, this app really is useless if it doesnt sync steps. Some of us like to use the health app and/or myfitness pal to sync over to Fitbit. Please reconsider your decision not to allow the step count to sync. You are alienating your own customers. I have been using Fitbit devices for years, but may reconsider a different company in future if you guys cant play nice on compatibility. You are making it less user friendly for everyone.

Not working at all.

Very disappointing. Seemed like a great solution to get my Apple Watch data to sync with FitBit. I like the FitBit community and wanted to continue to be a part of it.

Doesnt work

Very disappointed in this. This doesnt work!!! Should be able to get a refund, does not sync steps at all. Sounds strange but I only bought the Apple Watch in hopes of using it with Fitbit and after a lot of research, I thought this was my solution. I cant stand the apple health app and activity. Fitbit does an excellent job laying everything out in an easy manner, Apple is extremely confusing. Should have stuck with Fitbit and waited for the Blaze to come out. Do not get this app..
