Sync Solver - Health to Fitbit App Reviews

I just downloaded this- fingers crossed it works to keep my watch and Fitbit account connected!

I have an Apple Watch and just found this app. It syncs my Apple Watch steps directly to the FitBit App, but its off by almost 850 steps (aka shows more steps on watch and less on the Fitbit app). Hopefully updates will make it more accurate in the future.

If you have a Fitbit, Apple Watch and IPhone and want it all to work together, this app makes that happen.

This app does exactly what the Manuèl states: syncs the Apple Health app steps to FitBit. You can/will lose steps. The developer has made it extremely clear in the manual (so please read it). Ive lost 1k - 5k of steps. Thats when Ive paid attention: butwhacchagonnado? FitBit doesnt want to lose its business so dont expect to compete at the same level. I say that, but FitBit should fix that so we can enjoy the platform. If only they understood that we love to compete through FitBits app. Oh wells (live and learn). Nonetheless: I recommend this app!

If you want it to sync with fitbit app.. It does a mediocre job. If you want it to sync with challenges..does not work. The step count is far from accurate. I have it synced with my Apple Watch. It logs a "workout" basically. Example: my Apple Watch is reading 2,566 steps for today. After syncing with the Fitbit app it only shows a 0:10 min walk???? And 1,022 steps. Totally not with the $3! I want a refund

Step count is way off in the Fitbit app compared to my Apple Watch. As in I get 4000 steps in a workout on the Apple Watch and Fitbit says 2000. Shows me as non-active to my friends. Doesnt show my friends any of my steps.

I have a Fitbit which works great with their app but my phone had been tracking my steps prior to me owning the Fitbit. I just wanted to do a 1 time sync to get the historical data into Fitbit. I messed with changing the date back but it never seems to sync what I want.

Would sometimes sync, but steps were about 500/600 steps lower than actual. Last sync, walked over 12,000 steps, and accounted for 2,000. What a waste of time and money.

Wish I could give this no stars. The description does not say it wont show on your 7 day steps when comparing to your friends. I want a refund. This is crap.

So u have to manually sync and its not correct! For example my activity is 9000 steps it would sync 7000 and only you can see it! It shows no activity from you on the totals where all your friends are! So whats the point??? This is a rip off! My suggestion to the makers of this is to wait to make an app that works!!! I feel robbed of my 2.99 I could have gotten something yummy from a bakery!

So, after reading the initial reviews, I still ended up getting this, believing that it would allow my friends to see my week to week activity. Sadly, because of a change FitBit made to the access, the steps this application syncs are not tracked in the 7 day totals. Between the lack of this feature, and because this cannot sync with Daily Challenges, theres really not much this App actually does for you with regards to tracking steps on FitBit. For those hoping this would allow communication between the Apple Watch and FitBit, this is probably not the solution you are seeking.

I wish Id read this before paying $3. My Fitbit friends cant see my synced AW steps. Ugh.. COPY PASTE FROM THIS APP FAQ Fitbit recently changed the Fitbit app (around Dec. 1, 2015) to exclude steps recorded as activities from the 7-day total. Your steps will still show up under the activities list but no longer in the totals. We realize this limits the usefulness of Sync Solver, but it is entirely out of our control and we are asking Fitbit to reverse this decision. This decision is actually just the latest example of Fitbit removing functionality from the API

The app doesnt work. So far it only synced 3 times since I configured it with my withings weight scale. I tried manual sync and comes back with nothing to sync. Also, since Ive downloaded this app my withings stop syncing with health app. That sync worked for 2 years straight until this app got in the middle.
